Kentucky Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. bourbon
  • 2 c. nuts
  • 2 pkg. semi-sweet morsels
  • 1 Tbsp. paraffin to 1 pkg. chocolates

Directions

    Put nuts through blender and add to bourbon. Soak for 2 hours. Mix sugar, milk, butter, bourbon and nuts.

    Form into balls. Melt chocolate and paraffin and dip balls into mixture.

    Put on wax paper.

    Yield 5 pounds.
