  • 1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. lime juice

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
