- 4 egg yolks
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 6 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.

2Slowly blend in milk; add lime juice and mix.

3Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until foamy.

4Continue beating, adding sugar slowly until egg whites peak.

5Fold 6 tablespoons meringue into the filling mixture.

6Pour into pie crust.

7Top with remaining meringue and bake in slow oven (330°) until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
