- 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie shell
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/2 c. real lime juice from concentrate

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand and real lime.

3Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake at least 30 minutes; cool.

4Chill, then top with whipped cream (yellow food coloring may be added for color).
