  • 1 (9 or 10-inch) frozen pkg. pie shell
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. lime juice from concentrate
  • 1 to 2 drops green food coloring
  • whipped topping

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk.

    Stir in lime juice and food coloring.

    Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 8 minutes.

    Cool. Chill.

    Top with whipped cream.

    Garnish as desired.
