  • 4 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. real lime juice
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

    Mix egg yolks and condensed milk.

    Add lime juice and mix. Blend Cool Whip in.

    Pour into graham cracker crust.

    Beat egg whites with 3 tablespoons sugar until stiff.

    Put over pie and bake in 425° oven until lightly brown.

    Let cool in refrigerator overnight.
