- 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. lime juice from concentrate
- yellow or green food coloring (optional)
- whipped cream or whipped topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and sweetened milk and add lime juice.

3Add food coloring, if desired.

4Pour into prepared pastry shell.

5Bake for 30 minutes. Cool. Chill.

6Top with whipped cream.
