- 15 jumbo shrimp (fresh if possible)
- 12 cup white wine (not dry)
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 4 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Directions

1Peel and shrimp and wash them under cold water.

2Be careful not to overwork them!

3Pour all ingredients including shrimp into a large zip lock bag and coat shrimp then store them in the frig.

4for 15 minutes.

5While the shrimp are resting place your grill on medium/low and wipe it with olive oil to keep the shrimp from sticking.

6After 15 min place the shrimp on the grill and be sure to space them out about a inch apart.

7Cook for about 3 min on each side or until they are just firm.

8Remove and place over buttery GARLIC bread which I also cook on the grill.

9Do all these steps and your last one will be WOW!

10Pair this with seasoned ranch.For extra heat I rub toasty bread with jalapenos!
