- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon; reserve juice.

2Melt butter.

3Add flour; stir until smooth.

4Add milk; stir until thickened.

5Add salmon liquid. Season to taste.

6Flake salmon; add to sauce.

7Place in greased baking dish.

8Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

9Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.
