- 1 medium head cabbage, cut in thin wedges
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 lb. Polish sausage
Directions

1Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.

2Remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet.

3Crumble bacon and set aside.

5Add sausage; cover and cook 5 minutes or until sausage is heated.
