  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 2 pkg. sliced kielbasa (approximately 2 1/2 lb.)
  • 5 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 5 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 large sliced green pepper
  • 1 sliced medium onion

Directions

    Drain the pineapple juice in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Blend in ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic.

    Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Stir until blended.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Stir once or twice while cooking.

    Use toothpicks to serve.
