- 2 to 3 lb. kielbasa
- 5 medium Idaho potatoes, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
Directions

1Boil kielbasa in water with vinegar for 5 minutes. In a greased deep dish, layer onions, potatoes and bell pepper.

2Also salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/2 cup water. Sprinkle top with paprika.

3Lay kielbasa on top and cover tightly.

4Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

5Uncover and bake another 1/2 hour.
