Kielbasa Scampi

- 13 1/2 ounces kielbasa
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 4 -5 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 cups pasta (any kind)
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup white wine
- cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Start cooking noodles as directed.

2Add olive oil to the pan and heat on medium heat. Slice Kielbasa to desired thickness and add to pan (make sure the package says fully cooked). Add onions to pan, saute onions and brown edges of Kielbasa.

3Meanwhile, cook broccoli until soft.

4Add butter, garlic, and wine to the pan with Kielbasa. Turn down heat and allow flavors to mix.

5Once pasta and broccoli are done, add to the pan of Kielbasa and mix well.

6Add salt/pepper and cheese to taste. May also add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes (I use creole seasoning).
