Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. Polish Kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 large can peeled tomatoes, cut up (save juice)
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Saute pieces of Kielbasa in butter; add onion and green pepper and continue to saute until done.

    Add tomatoes and juice.

    Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes.

    Serve over rice.
