  • 1 pkg. Mexican Velveeta cheese (mild or hot)
  • 3 chopped scallions
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can no bean chili
  • 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers (optional)

    Chop onions and Velveeta cheese and place in pan.

    Add chili and heat on medium until cheese is completely melted.

    Serve with nacho chips.
