- 2 lb. kielbasa
- 2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cut kielbasa into 1 to 2-inch pieces.

2Place in skillet with just enough water to cover bottom of skillet.

3Cook over medium heat until kielbasa is hot.

4Add tomatoes with liquid, oregano and garlic.

5Cover and bring to a boil.

6Add sour cream, stirring to combine.

7Simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken.

8Serve over hot egg noodles or rice.
