- 1 can salmon
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Drain salmon and reserve liquid.

2Flake salmon.

3Soften gelatin in cold water.

4Combine salmon liquid, catsup and vinegar; heat to boiling.

5Add softened gelatin to hot mixture.

6Gently blend salmon, celery and onion with hot mixture.

7Stir in mayonnaise.

8Pour into fish-shaped gelatin mold.

9(Crown with a foil crown!)
