- 1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Have everything at room temperature and mix all together, except caraway seed.

2Cover and let set in a warm place for one hour.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. (Takes a while, but it's worth it.)

4Pour into a buttered dish and top with caraway seed, if desired.

5Refrigerate with cover on, spread and enjoy.
