  • 1 # beef rib eye or sirloin, shaved
  • Korean barbeque marinade
  • Carrot, matchstick
  • cubed cucumber
  • pan seared tofu
  • Bean paste, hot

  • Baby boc choi, rough chop
  • celery, chopped 1/8 thick bias
  • garlic, fine mince
  • Oyster sauce

  • Stir fry marinade, or soy sauce
