- 1/2 lb. pork, beef or chicken
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- same amount fresh ginger
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 small head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 c. chopped Korean chives
Directions

1In a pan, fry pork, beef or chicken; drain fat.

2Finish frying with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

3Set aside.

4In a large bowl combine cabbage and chives.

5Add meat mixture, a little more salt, pepper and soy sauce, if desired.

6Place this mixture in egg roll and roll up, using water to close egg roll tight.

7Deep fry 1 minute and serve hot.
