- 2 Tbsp. cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 or 4 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 lb. sirloin or top round steak
Directions

1Cut steak into strips about 1 or 1 1/2 inch long.

2Marinate in remaining ingredients for about 30 minutes or more.

3Place on broiler pan and broil on both sides until brown; 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
