Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti or linguine
- 1 bag carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 bunch scallions
- sesame seed oil
- soy sauce
- bacon bits
Directions

1Heat large frying pan with sesame seed oil.

2Add diced carrots, diced scallions and bacon bits.

3Add a dash of soy sauce and let simmer under low flame until carrots are soft.

4Remove from flame and set aside.

5Boil spaghetti (or linguine) in a large pot until cooked (preferably al dente).

6Drain well.

7Add carrots, scallions and bacon bits mixture to spaghetti and toss thoroughly. Add soy sauce to taste.

8Serve hot or room temperature.
