- 4 lb. potatoes
- 1 lb. onions, chopped
- scant c. vinegar
- 1 good c. oil
- 1 good c. water
- 1 1/3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 handful Kosher salt (important)
- black pepper
Directions

1Boil and skin potatoes.

2Add onions, salt and pepper.

3Pour hot liquid which has just come to boil for potatoes.

4Refrigerate. Do not use before 2 to 3 hours.
