- 1 onion
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can shrimp or frozen, precooked
- 2 to 4 c. cooked rice
- mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- soy sauce
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in bacon grease. Place rice in wok or skillet.

3Pour in saute mixture and water chestnuts.

4Beat 2 eggs.

5Add soy sauce, cooked peas and hot peppers.

6Serve immediately.
