- 3 qt. popped corn
- 1/2 c. pecans or roasted peanuts
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place popcorn and nuts in a greased jellyroll pan.

2Melt butter and sugar with syrup and salt.

3Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.

4Do not stir.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in soda and vanilla.

7Pour mixture over popcorn.

8Stir until coated.

9Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, stirring often after 15 minutes.

10Cool and break.

11Store in airtight container.
