  • 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 onion, chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 jar (680 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 15 oven-ready lasagna noodles

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Brown meat in large nonstick skillet.

    Stir in vegetables; cook 5 min.

    or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

    Add pasta sauce and water; stir.

    Simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.

    Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.

    Stir in 2-1/2 cups shredded cheese and Parmesan.

    Spread 1/4 of the sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of 5 noodles and 1/3 of the cheese mixture.
