  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 large can Bavarian kraut
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Shape into balls.

    Make a thick paste with flour and milk.

    Coat each ball and then deep fry until brown.

    Can freeze and then heat in oven at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
