- 3 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 6 servings angel hair pasta
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. flour to thicken or arrowroot
Directions

1Cook shrimp in margarine; remove shrimp, but save shrimp broth. Add 1/4 cup of broth and reduce for 5 minutes.

2Add wine and cook for several more minutes.

3Add seasoning, mustard and 1 tablespoon flour.

4Gradually thicken.

5When mixture reaches thin paste texture, add green onions and shrimp.

6Stir until coated.

7Serve over precooked angel hair pasta.
