  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c. pimento
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. carrots, shredded

Directions

    Heat together sugar, vinegar and oil.
