  • 5 to 6 onions, chopped fine
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • oregano to taste
  • 4 to 5 celery, chopped fine
  • 2 to 3 lb. hamburg
  • 1 can tomato paste, diluted with 2 cans water
  • 2 to 3 lb. rigatoni shells

Directions

    Saute onions, celery and green pepper in butter.

    Add hamburg and brown.

    Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano and Parmesan cheese.

    Add to meat mixture.

    Cook 1/2 hour in pressure cooker or simmer on slow heat for 2 to 3 hours.
