- 5 to 6 onions, chopped fine
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- oregano to taste
- 4 to 5 celery, chopped fine
- 2 to 3 lb. hamburg
- 1 can tomato paste, diluted with 2 cans water
- 2 to 3 lb. rigatoni shells
Directions

1Saute onions, celery and green pepper in butter.

2Add hamburg and brown.

3Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano and Parmesan cheese.

4Add to meat mixture.

5Cook 1/2 hour in pressure cooker or simmer on slow heat for 2 to 3 hours.
