- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/4 lb. ground round
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs, soaked
Directions

1Mix flour, eggs, water and salt; knead well.

2Don't let dough get dry.

3Roll out 1/2-inch thick on a lightly floured board.

4Cut into 3-inch squares.

5Mix remaining ingredients together.

6Place a heaping teaspoonful of filling on each square.

7Moisten edges lightly with water; fold over diagonally to form triangles.

8Press edges firmly together with fingers or fork.

9Let dry.

10Kreplach can be frozen at this point.

11To serve, boil in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes; drain.
