  • 18 to 20 slices white Pepperidge Farm bread
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter
  • 1 c. sugar, mixed with 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Cut edges of bread and roll with rolling pin to flatten. Combine cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar. Spread thickly and roll up. Dip in melted butter and then into sugar combination. Partially freeze. Slice into 5 pieces per roll and refreeze. Bake frozen at 400° for 15 minutes or until brown.
