- 6 large potatoes, cooked with skins on, cooled, peeled and sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 jar pimientos
- 1/4 box (about 1 lb.) Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Put sliced potatoes in casserole dish.

2Add peppers, onions and pimientos.

3Repeat the process until all ingredients are used. In saucepan, put cheese, milk and butter.

4Melt and pour over potatoes.

5Top with corn flakes.

6Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
