- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 11 oz. cream cheese (bar, not tub)
- 1 can any fruit
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff.

2Cream in cream cheese.

3Place ladyfingers on bottom of a glass pan.

4Add half of batter, then make another layer of ladyfingers.

5Add remaining batter, then top with favorite fruit (Solo canned fruit).

6Make the day before so cake can sit and chill.
