- 2 cups water
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) tomato puree
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
