Ingredients
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast (RapidRise)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, soft
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 6 oz. corned beef (thin slice)
- 1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
- 1 egg white, beaten
- caraway seed (optional)
Directions

1Set aside 1 cup flour.

2In a large bowl, mix remaining flour (2 1/4 cups), sugar, salt and yeast.

3Stir in hot water and margarine.

4Mix in only enough reserved flour to make dough soft. On floured surface, knead 4 minutes.

5On greased baking sheet roll dough to 14

6x 10-inch.

7Spread dressing down center 1/3 of dough.

8Top with beef, cheese and sauerkraut.

9Cut 1-inch wide strips along sides of filling out to dough edges.

10Alternating sides, fold strips at angle across filling.

11Cover loaf and place pan over 1/2 filled shallow pan of boiling water for 15 minutes. Brush with egg white and sprinkle seed.

12Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until done.

13Refrigerate leftovers.
