  • 1 lamb shoulder
  • 1 onion large, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 potatoes kilo, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lemon
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley minced
  • bay leaf chopped
  • oil

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.

    Combine the garlic and parsley and add a little oil.

    Salt and pepper the meat.

    Place the onion and then the lamb into a baking dish. Top with the parsley mixture and sprinkle with the bay leaf.

    Pour the wine over the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.

    Mix the lemon juice with water and add to the meat while it bakes as necessary so that it remains moist.

    Add the potatoes and bake for 45 minutes more.
