- 1 onion large, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 potatoes kilo, peeled and chopped
- 1 lemon
- ground black pepper
- salt
- parsley minced
- bay leaf chopped

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.

2Combine the garlic and parsley and add a little oil.

3Salt and pepper the meat.

4Place the onion and then the lamb into a baking dish. Top with the parsley mixture and sprinkle with the bay leaf.

5Pour the wine over the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.

6Mix the lemon juice with water and add to the meat while it bakes as necessary so that it remains moist.

7Add the potatoes and bake for 45 minutes more.
