Lamb Chops

  • 4 Lamb chops
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon~ Grainy mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 teaspoon~ Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 knb the size of your little finger tiip. Butter

Directions

    Season the lamb with salt, pepper and whatever herbs you like (I used rosemary).

    Combine the ingredients to make a sauce and warm it gently in the microwave until the butter has melted.

    Meanwhile, saute the lamb in a frying pan greased with a thin layer of oil.

    Or bake for 5-9 minutes.

    Serve on a plate with some vegetables and pour over the sauce from Step 2 to finish.
