- 4 Lamb chops
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon~ Grainy mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 teaspoon~ Balsamic vinegar
- 1 knb the size of your little finger tiip. Butter
Directions

1Season the lamb with salt, pepper and whatever herbs you like (I used rosemary).

2Combine the ingredients to make a sauce and warm it gently in the microwave until the butter has melted.

3Meanwhile, saute the lamb in a frying pan greased with a thin layer of oil.

4Or bake for 5-9 minutes.

5Serve on a plate with some vegetables and pour over the sauce from Step 2 to finish.
