- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of Turmeric
- MIXED PASTE
- 1TSP Ginger
- 1 TSP Garlic
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric Paste
- OTHER INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams Lamb
- 1 Diced Onion
- 2 TBS Oil
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric
- 1 Piece Cinnamon
- 1 Cardamom
- 1/4 TSP Anise
- 1 Pottato cut cubed
- 1 carrot cut cubed
Directions

1Marinade Lamb overnight

2Cook onion in oil until light brown

3Add paste and cook until you can smell the aroma of the spices

4Add tomatoes and chilli powder and stir

5Add lamb and marinade and casserole for about 2 hours

66. Add potatoes and carrot half way through cooking time

7Cover and cook at low flame till done
