Ingredients

  • MARINADE
  • 1/2 Cup Yoghurt
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • MIXED PASTE
  • 1TSP Ginger
  • 1 TSP Garlic
  • 1/2 TSP Turmeric Paste
  • OTHER INGREDIENTS
  • 300 grams Lamb
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 2 TBS Oil
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 TSP Turmeric
  • 1 Piece Cinnamon
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 1/4 TSP Anise
  • 1 Pottato cut cubed
  • 1 carrot cut cubed

Directions

    Marinade Lamb overnight

    Cook onion in oil until light brown
  3. 3
    Add paste and cook until you can smell the aroma of the spices

    Add tomatoes and chilli powder and stir

    Add lamb and marinade and casserole for about 2 hours

    6. Add potatoes and carrot half way through cooking time

    Cover and cook at low flame till done
