  • 3/4 c. red cooking wine
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt/pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed oregano
  • 3 lb. boneless leg of lamb

Directions

    Marinate the leg of lamb in the other combined ingredients overnight.

    Skewer cubes of the lamb with squares of green peppers and onions.
