- 2 c. diced, cooked lamb
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, broken up
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. each: rosemary and mint
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 2 cooked potatoes, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 pkg. pie crust mix
Directions

1Combine lamb, onion, soup and peas in 2-quart buttered casserole.

3Sprinkle herbs and rind.

4Top with layer of potatoes and tomatoes.

5Roll out pie crust (according to package directions).

6Cut into 3/4-inch strips.
