  • 2 c. diced, cooked lamb
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, broken up
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. each: rosemary and mint
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 2 cooked potatoes, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 pkg. pie crust mix

    Combine lamb, onion, soup and peas in 2-quart buttered casserole.
