  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 large cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons slightly bruised fresh rosemary or 1 tablespoon dried
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 6 to 8 lamb chops

Directions

    Combine wine, soy sauce, garlic, rosemary, and pepper and pour over the lamb. Refrigerate covered 6 hours, turning lamb frequently.
