- 12 cup rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons protein shake mix, berry flavoured
- 1 banana, mashed
- 12 cup blueberries
- 2 teaspoons low-fat blueberry yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions

1Throw all the ingredients together in a food processor and lightly blend.

2You may need to add some water to the mix.

3Line a mini muffin tin with muffin patty liners and spoon the mixture into each.

4Freeze the mix untill solid, should be creamy.

5Snacks should last only a week before they start to taste floury.
