- vegetables, sliced - whatever you like
- 1 tsp. garlic
- oil
- 3-4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
- pinch black pepper
- crushed dried red chili peppers (optional)
- 4-5 c. white rice
Directions

1Cook 4-5 c rice. Slice thawed chicken into edible pieces or thaw and peel shrimp. Cook meat in oiled wok or other pan thoroughly; set aside. Beat eggs, cook with oil in scrambled fashion; set aside. Fry vegetables in oil until desired tenderness; set aside.
