  • 1 lb. chicken or 12 oz. shrimp
  • vegetables, sliced - whatever you like
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • oil
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • pinch black pepper
  • crushed dried red chili peppers (optional)
  • 4-5 c. white rice

Directions

    Cook 4-5 c rice. Slice thawed chicken into edible pieces or thaw and peel shrimp. Cook meat in oiled wok or other pan thoroughly; set aside. Beat eggs, cook with oil in scrambled fashion; set aside. Fry vegetables in oil until desired tenderness; set aside.
