- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 4 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- cottage cheese (optional)
- 1 large box lasagna noodles, cooked
Directions

1Brown meat with onion and spices in skillet.

2In large saucepan, put tomatoes (break large pieces with fork) and tomato paste.

3Add meat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

4In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer meat, noodles and cheeses.

5If using cottage cheese, layer on top of meat before noodles.

6Continue layering, ending with noodles.

7Sprinkle top with any cheese leftover.

8Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes.
