- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef or chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms)
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. leaf oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

2Brown beef and onion in a large skillet.

3Drain.

4Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic salt and oregano; boil.

5Preheat oven to 350°.

6Layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 cottage, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in a 2-quart buttered rectangular baking dish.

7Repeat twice.

8Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

9Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
