Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large jar Ragu extra chunky sauce
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 2 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • garlic and oregano to taste

Directions

    Brown beef with onion, garlic and oregano seasonings.

    Remove from heat.

    In large saucepan, heat Ragu sauce and add beef mix to sauce.

    Cook noodles.

    While these are cooking, mix Ricotta, parsley and egg together and grate Mozzarella cheese.

    Layer as follows:

    sauce, noodles, cheese and sauce.

    Bake in 325° oven until bubbly and golden.
