- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large jar Ragu extra chunky sauce
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 container Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, diced
- garlic and oregano to taste
Directions

1Brown beef with onion, garlic and oregano seasonings.

2Remove from heat.

3In large saucepan, heat Ragu sauce and add beef mix to sauce.

4Cook noodles.

5While these are cooking, mix Ricotta, parsley and egg together and grate Mozzarella cheese.

6Layer as follows:

7sauce, noodles, cheese and sauce.

8Bake in 325° oven until bubbly and golden.

9Makes 6 servings.
