  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can, large crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can, 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 package spaghetti sauce seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese -- sliced or shredded
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles
