Lasagna

Ingredients

• 1 box of oven ready lasagna noodles
• 750 gm mozarella shredded( 1 and a half 500 gm cheese packs)
• 1 500 ml 35% whipping cream
• 1 egg
• 1 (SAUCE)
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 onion chopped
• 1/2 red pepper chopped
• 1 can sliced mushrooms
• 1 tbsp dried parsley
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
• 1 5.5 fluid ounce can tomato paste
• 1 28 ounce can ground tomato
• 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
• 4 clove garlic
