  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 34 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian spices
  • 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 24 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 12 lasagna noodles

    Cook ground chicken, Italian sausage, onion and garlic.

    Add salt and next ingredients; stirring until well mixed.

    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
